Mickael works at the European Union Agency for Railways as Project Officer since 2006. He is the leader of telematics activities for passengers (TAP TSI) and for freight (TAF TSI) at the Agency. After having been responsible for the drafting / revision of above TSIs he is dedicated now to the roll out and implementation of the TAP and TAF TSI systems in Europe. He and his Telematics Team at the Agency rigorously controls the technical system specification changes, oversees the implementation of aforementioned TSIs – with the kind support of the TAP / TAF National Contact Points. His overall aim it so ensure that both TSIs can be transferred from theory into praxis which works.
