He graduated at Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences in study program Transportation Systems and Technology. Doctoral thesis was done at Charles University in Prague and was focused on biomechanics and safety in transport. He worked 5 years as a Construction and Project Manager in private sector. Then he became a deputy director in 2013 and director of Operational and Technical Section in 2015 at the Railway Authority.
