Kiss Attila is an engineer-economist. After finishing University he worked for the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV) as an engineer. After this he worked at the International Department of the Hungarian Ministry of Transport, where he dealt with International Organizations in the field of transport, such as International Transport Forum (ITF), Organization for Co-operation of Railways (OSJD), Intergovernmental Organization for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), International Maritime Organization (IMO), UN Economic Commission Europe (ECE) etc. He fills the post of Executive Secretary of OSJD since the 1st May 2015.
