Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineering (MIIT).
After graduation he was employed by the Design Bureau of the Main Directorate of Signaling and Communication, Ministry of Railways.
In 1983 Mr. Rozenberg was awarded the degree of Candidate of Engineering, then Doctor of Engineering in 2005.
In 1998 the Academy of Electrical Engineering awarded him the degree of Doctor of Electrical Engineering. In 2004 the Higher Attestation Commission awarded him the title of Associate Professor. In 2005 he was made full member of the Academy.
In January, 2008 Mr. Rozenberg was appointed First Deputy Director General of JSC NIIAS. He is the Chief Designer of train safety systems on Russian railways.
E. Rozenberg is Deputy Chairman of the Academic Council of JSC NIIAS. He has authored over 80 patents and inventor’s certificates and over 60 scientific publications.
