Miloš Futera works at Správa železniční dopravní cesty (SŽDC) in department of operational.. He takes care of functional implementation of TAF/TAP TSI at SZDC incl. data communication with neighbouring IM. He is responsible for further development of application KADR.
Miloš Futera graduated as railway transport and economics engineer at the Transport Faculty of University Pardubice in 2003 where he also defended his thesis in 2012.
His career in railway sector started as station dispatcher (1996 -2003). In year 2004 he worked at freight traffic department of České Dráhy (ČD). When in 2004 One Stop shop (OSS) was established at ČD, he begun to work there dealing with capacity allocation, timetable construction and international traffic. In 2008 he moved with OSS to SŽDC in consequence of railway transformation act.
Milos Futera has knowledge of the TSI-TAF specifications and is SŽDC representative in JSG (joint sector group) in field of TAF/TAP TSI. Miloš co-defined functional requirements of new IT KADR. KADR is since 2006 SŽDC tool for placing of ad hoc path request and capacity allocation. Data communication between KADR and IT systems of RU is based on of TAF/TAP messages.
