Peter Ihnát was born in 1977, graduated at the University of Žilina, Faculty of Operation and Economy of Railway Transport. In 2001, he completed engineering study and in 2010, he completed post gradual study. Since 2010, he become an officially appointed expert for value of rail vehicles and accidents in rail transport. He works for railway transport since 2001 for Slovak State Railways and Railway Company in various IT positions and since 2005, he works for ZSSK CARGO as project manager. He mainly attended to international affairs activities in the field of international data exchange and EU IT projects for freight railways. Peter Ihnát is a member some of special IT groups of OSJD and UIC. Currently, his professional activities are focused of TAF TSI implementation.
